Busy location in a strip mall but efficient baristas who are quick on their feed. A mix of mobile orders and counter orders, but no drive-thru. There are seats both inside and outside the shop. Playing Taylor Swift songs the whole time we were there. There are 3 single stall washrooms located in the back. Lots of parking as it’s within a strip mall.
It's Starbucks. You get mass produced coffee and food. More of a caffeine delivery device than anything. Would come to this location for the atmosphere, but since the renovated they eliminated most of the seating. Clearly don't want people hanging out anymore.Lots of other options in the Tri-cities opening up that want people to meet and enjoy the building

The service here has been wonderful, and the coffee in my oat latte tasted incredibly fresh and hot on each of my visits.Plus, the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a safe and inclusive space. While indoor seating was limited, they've expanded their outdoor undercover seating.They haven’t restocked the beyond meat breakfast sandwich since three fall, that was my favourite to order with my oat milk latte.
