I love thier doughnuts. Especially the chocolate cake ones.Parking: There is some limited parking on the street directly beside the entrance, and there is some limited parking in the garage under the store. There is a fair bit of street parking on the street behind Timmy's, but you will have to walk around to the front entrance in Austin.

They are always understaffed! even the ones that work give the worst customer service. We’ve been waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes and no one even bothered to excuse us and ask us to wait, they just easily looked at our eyes with an angef amd ignore us! Like it is customer’s fault that they are short staffed! This is definitely out of poor management. Although I live in the same building that the store is downstairs I’d rather to drive somewhere else to not to buy anything from this branch

Honestly, if there was a less than zero classification, that’s what I would give this Tim Horton’s location. There has been a noticeable decline in the quality of both food and the service here for over a year. It’s not good. There was a time under the previous owners when quality and customer service was a priority. Sadly, this now seems to be an afterthought. Recently, I purchased a significant number of gift cards valued at over $200 to distribute as thank yous to various service providers. When I requested gift card envelopes, the manager completely dismissed me without even a cursory reply. I am a resident in the building where this business is located, however I have decided that until there is either a change in management or ownership I will not be returning. I went to the Tim Horton’s at nearby Lougheed Mall and they were happy to assist. This is where I will be taking my business in future.

This review is for Jaspreet. Jaspreet works at this location. I was stranded with 2 suitcases while Vancouver was experiencing one of its biggest snowfalls. I had to find a hotel nearby and get myself there. The taxi companies never answered that night, and my Uber app had difficulties.Jaspreet was the angel who cared. She tried to call the taxis, she found a hotel nearby. She eventually ordered me an Uber with her own phone and told me that an Uber will be here within 8 minutes. I insisted to pay for the Uber she ordered for me, but she refused to take the money.Jaspreet is a symbol of humanity.Jaspreet, thank you so much for helping another human been. I have learned a lot from you.Thank you.

Literally the worst place ever. I come here quite often and they always mess up my oder. I usually place a mobile order to avoid waiting but guess what they will always make me wait and then mess my drinks. I wish i could talk to the manager about their poor service and dumb
