They are always understaffed! even the ones that work give the worst customer service. We’ve been waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes and no one even bothered to excuse us and ask us to wait, they just easily looked at our eyes with an angef amd ignore us! Like it is customer’s fault that they are short staffed! This is definitely out of poor management. This review is for Jaspreet. Jaspreet works at this location. I was stranded with 2 suitcases while Vancouver was experiencing one of its biggest snowfalls. I had to find a hotel nearby and get myself there. The taxi companies never answered that night, and my Uber app had difficulties.Jaspreet was the angel who cared. She tried to call the taxis, she found a hotel nearby. She eventually ordered me an Uber with her own phone and told me that an Uber will be here within 8 minutes....read full review

Especially the chocolate cake ones.Parking: There is some limited parking on the street directly beside the entrance, and there is some limited parking in the garage under the store. There is a fair bit of street parking on the street behind Timmy's, but you will have to walk around to the front entrance in Austin.
