“Before covid I'd go to their truck down by Canada Place regularly but haven't been downtown much since. So when I googled for a new Mexican place I'd noticed at Fraser and 46th Ave recently Arturos also came up on Fraser St tucked away and hidden down in the industrial area, I'm told by the awesome worker there that it's their commissary kitchen for the truck, so it's not really a restaurant but I did notice a communal table with 6 chairs but not sure if that's available to eat there. Had the mucho macho soup, Mexican taco with carnitas and the Mrs. had a chicken burrito. It was all excellent and now the only problem is having this place so close to home with such affordable delicious food we may be in danger of ordering too often ?♂️ good problem to have!!“
“The gentleman operating the truck is super friendly, very nice to buy from. His food though... is delicious! I'm a big burger lover and his are tops in my book! The creative fusion if western and Asian cuisine is amazing.Highly recommended!“
“I have seen this food truck for a while and finally caught it when it's opened. Seeing not a lot of people I was wondering would it be good, but I was blown away. The skewers are cheaper than outside and just tasted so amazing. Seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfection. Eating outside with the setting sun definitely sets a good mood to enjoy the food.Definitely need to try the lamb kidney, chicken knee, chicken soft bone and meat, beef tongue, and must order the Naan, it is more Northern Chinese Naan bread, and it is so soft and pillowy, we ate both of them so quickly.A must try in richmond.“
“Received a note from our neighbours this was going to be in our area so we thought we would check it out for lunch. Lots of choices for all types of diets and had a hard time deciding what to get because everything sounded so good. I decided on the masala fries and butter chicken bowl. WOW! The fries were really good and flavorful but the mango aioli was the real star of the show! So good I never want to eat regular fries again. The butter chicken bowl was also really good and came with lots of chunks of chicken, very flavourful. My coworker got the samosa explosion which was also really amazing. The service was fast and friendly. Can’t wait for this truck to come back to our area! Definitely a must try!!!“
“Last-minute plans for my dad's birthday led me to Yo-Bones. I remember having their pulled pork with mac & cheese a couple years ago from their food truck, and I couldn’t wait to try them again. Despite the spontaneous visit, Yoshi at Yo-Bones went above and beyond to accommodate our party and treated us to a feast fit for a king. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of smoked meat filled the air. I ordered an array of BBQ delights, including pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, and beef brisket, all cooked to perfection. The standout star of the meal was undoubtedly the mac & cheese, boasting a creamy texture that melted in your mouth with every bite. Paired with the savory cornbread, it was the ultimate comfort food combination. The BBQ sauce served alongside the meats was the perfect balance between tangy and smoky flavors that complemented the meats beautifully. Each bite of the tender and soft meat was a testament to the skill and dedication of the pitmasters.Everything we tried at Yo-Bones was a delight to the taste buds, leaving us craving more even after our plates were empty. We were too full though! The service by Yoshi was exceptional, yet warm.Without a doubt, I will be returning to Yo-Bones in the near future and recommending it to all my friends and family. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Ordered three items. A veg thali, pav bhaji and mango lassi.Mango lassi was great. Proper thickness and taste and overall great option for the price. I will give it 5 starsPav bhaji was okay. It was good for the price and better thn so many places around. Not so yum but still good. I’ll give in 4 starsVeg thali was average. Portions are good except naan. If you want a simple thali which is cheap as well you should get it. 3 stars for it“
“Ordered chimney Box with cinnamon, whip cream and dark chocolate. It took 6 minutes to be ready and staff let you know upfront. Friendly staff. Chimney cake melts in your mouth as it’s warm and tasty! Highly recommend for a treat. Size is pretty big for out liking. You can at least share with one or two people of you want a little treat or order one for yourself if you want to fully indulge in a savory treat!“
“I've read reviews on here but don't understand the low ratings. I've been coming here for almost a year now and it's always on a Sunday for their birria, which in my opinion is the best i've tasted in Vancouver.Yes, I understand that the prices are a little high but i've found the quality to always be good.I really like the staff here and the owner Monica is super friendly!“
“The vegetarian burrito is delicious, the service is great and fast, people are nice and the price is affordable. The place is completely closed and it makes it smoky (when I went out, my clothes were smelling like frying). They should have an extractor fan system in the kitchen. Even though, I recommend it.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian burrito is delicious!?“
“Jamie and his team went above and beyond our expectations! Delicious, high quality dinner with exemplary customer service. Many of our wedding (July 2023) guests made a point of telling us how impressed they were. We highly recommend The Pork Mafia! Thank you for being part of a special and wonderful day❣️“
