“We love this Japanese restaurant for the high food quality, high staff quality, reasonable prices in today's market & location! Today, I tried the Nigiri Lunch and loved it! My husband had the double meat chicken teriyaki and some of mine cause it looked so tasty, and it truly was scrumptious ! We started with the Crae crae roll (shared). In my Nigiri lunch, I upgraded the salmon to sockeye, one dollar more, but worth it! The miso soup was perfect for us as we watch our sodium and they only use low sodium soya sauce! The combination of food, service & cost is why they get 5 stars! Any staff we saw were very friendly & said hello & goodbye. Customer service is top notch! Aside note, their green tea is one of the best we've enjoyed, too!”

We have a Celiac family member. Mad House gets it, 100%. Cross contamination is a genuine fear for anyone with celiac and it can ruin a celiac’s day (or three). Mad House takes exquisite care to ensure their food is safe for our family member, every time.”

They need a better lunch menu, imo.”

“Delicious, amazing selection of tasty Indian food. You will be full and everyone will find a variety of foods they will like. They have a shorter kids buffet with kid-friendly options. The spice was perfect in all dishes - mild/medium. Service was great - efficient and nice hostess and wait staff.I took off one star because of the drinks. There are very pretty mocktails and cocktails on a placemat with no prices. The reason is that the drinks are all ridiculously overpriced. Like more than Las Vegas! They upsell as well, like ask what kind of vodka you prefer... subtly suggesting Grey Goose, well that is an extra $9 on top of the $45 jug for a mango mojito. So $54 for a jug, which is about 3-4 cocktails. He didn't tell us this how big this was, and I ordered another $17 small cocktail. Our kids got a mango lassi - in a jug of course that was $30. So our drinks came to about $100. Oh and every table has a bottle of water - this is $6 but they don't tell you that either. A price on the drink menu would be appreciated or at least a warning from the waiter.”

It's been owned for almost 15 years by owners who have even made it better, as the unique and vast array of their home-smoked and cured meats are beyond delicious, and in some cases, can't be found outside of Germany.You know you're in the right place when you see that everyone who is also shopping is a regular. The sandwiches almost always sell out, (made fresh for you), and I've yet to sample everything that they offer. I always go for the smoked hock though. “Pork Mafia was at the Pitt Meadows Food Truck Spot today for Father’s Day. It was our first time trying and it’s the best food truck we have ever tried! Our favourite was the loaded Mac & Cheese- was not dry at all and the taste was supreme! Can’t wait until they come back.”

That Dairy Queen serves dairy free and therefore lactose free ice cream is a big bonus. Though I'm disappointed the 'Mud Fudge' Blizzard isn't offered anymore.Vegetarian options: All soft-serves are dairy-free. Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream. Duh. Parking: In front of the door. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast wrap which came with the most delicious garlic spread, bright vegetables, and a crispy hash brown! Huge, grilled, and super delicious! I added a cup of their homemade soup. They had 2 options (they change daily) and I went with the broccoli and cheese. It was heart and rich in flavor. Such a hit.I ended it with a carrot cake! “It's a bit pricey but it was decent, be prepared to wait though as seating is limited. Another option is to book a reservation, I am not sure if that option is available 7 days a week or when their hours so please check before heading out. We waited about 45 minutes and your seating is 1 1/2 hours long. If you are an encore member you save on your meal, the buffet on the weekend is $30 without the card. It was very busy and they try to keep up with cleaning, keeping the buffet stocked but it is challenging so be patient. So sorry but as crowded as it was I didn't want to infringe on other diners evening so no picturesVegetarian options: Although they offer fresh vegetables and salad buffets aren't really a place for vegetarians but you can find enough to graze on in my opinion.Wheelchair accessibility: The layout may prove challenging but I imagine people would be polite enough to move to allow wheelchairs to pass.”
