Ordered online yesterday and they made an honest mistake on my coffee order. Called them immediately as the coffee was watery. I was talking with Frankie and she said no problem and they’ll fix it for me the next time I come back. Came by today and asked for her, and right away she even remembered my order and made it so quick that I didn’t have to wait. That’s what you call dedication, amazing job Frankie! The food and drinks are always made correctly. For being a very busy location, especially during lunch time, the service is always good. The baristas are pleasant and always serve with a smile.One thing I noticed is that the chairs are heavy, and when they are pulled out, they scrape along the floor, and make a VERY loud noise. I would like to go to Starbucks more often but I find that their prices are an absolute rip-off I Really Wish to do it lower some of their prices I think their prices are getting so out of touch with realityears ago you could go and have a cup of coffee once or twice a week or maybe even every day now I only do it as a special occasion thing just because it's just so too expensive the food prices should also go down as well as I think they should have a better selection
