During the past few years the general experience at 7-Eleven has become less and less satisfying in general but the greatest issue has been with the complete and total replacement of all staff members and the new face of 7-Eleven is now a visible ethnic group and sadly the general polite and friendly atmosphere that once was is now gone! They haven't been open late night in a very long time and the prices have skyrocketed, there are frequent and often items that are not stocked for extended periods of time. Generally quite disappointing...

Super Rude guy at the till. Didn't say hi to me when I came in but said hi to next customer. I said thank you at the end of the sale and he didn't respond also.

My son went to the 7-Eleven on trunk and the man was very rude and I don’t appreciate that because we’re paying customers and we go there a lot… I appreciate that people have bad days however i have worked in customer service and you’re supposed to leave that unhappiness at the door…

Rogers In the meantime stole the tax money Only when i mentioned reporting to Revenue Canada did they take action Even 711 Area Manager could not do anything. They sell those nice Asian snacks. One time I saw two guys fighting with a skateboard and a trash can out front. Another time there were two people huddling behind an umbrella. They must be good friends

They don't even know how to put a closed sign up. Stood outside for a half hour just to have them tell me they're closed. Never heard of a 711 being closed. PUT UP A SIGN IDIOTS

Rude clerks. Never ask for my rewards just punch in a random number and cash me out before I can say anything! Also, go here if you want smokes or lotto. They don’t ask for ID or any birth date. Never open at night. Why bother being a 24 hr store of you don’t unlock the doors.

Seems like a good 7-11 location in Duncan! Lots of snacks available, and quick service. Good place to stop in while getting gas.
I won't go to this store. Too many homeless hanging around, gathering behind the store piling up what they have stolen. Why are you not doing anything about this problem.

I went to 711 to grab a couple things and use the cash machine. As I was walking up one on the aisle near the till the employee started yelling at me asking if I was done shopping and he could help me at the till. I grab a couple things and wanted to check my scratch ticket as well. He looked at my ticket and I had forgotten to scratch the bar code so he told me to go to the keno counter to scratch it and moved on to the next person. I scratched it off at the front counter and was done by the time he helped the guy behind me and he ignored me and yelled next in my face.
