My son went to the 7-Eleven on trunk and the man was very rude and I don’t appreciate that because we’re paying customers and we go there a lot… I appreciate that people have bad days however i have worked in customer service and you’re supposed to leave that unhappiness at the door…
Not a Good 711 Did not listen Buying Chatr Cell Time Punched Rogers Nothing we can do .. Rogers In the meantime stole the tax money Only when i mentioned reporting to Revenue Canada did they take action Even 711 Area Manager could not do anything. Who knows how many customers a day they have this ploy with stealing customers money Deceitful

During the past few years the general experience at 7-Eleven has become less and less satisfying in general but the greatest issue has been with the complete and total replacement of all staff members and the new face of 7-Eleven is now a visible ethnic group and sadly the general polite and friendly atmosphere that once was is now gone! They haven't been open late night in a very long time and the prices have skyrocketed, there are frequent and often items that are not stocked...read full review
