I will not only order another Eclipse Barolo wine kit, but I am very motivated to try the rest of the Eclipse line. Typically, it takes a long time to age Barolo wine, the pleasant and knowledgeable staff at Great Fermentations explained how Eclipse kits have a special secret process that makes it possible to have a delicious drinkable wine in a much shorter period of time. “What a magical place to savour a delicious glass of wine! As a couple of Winnipeggers, we were blown away by the beauty of the rolling hills and view of the ocean. If you're short on time, the self-guided experience is an excellent way to taste the delicious offerings and get a feel for the bottle you'll want to go home with. The vermouth was my favourite!“

Even amidst a busy August full of wine-fest customers, the owner was kind enough to fit in for a full tasting. The lady working that day was very knowledgeable about the vineyard, and wine in general too; a delight to chat with! Was pleasantly surprised by their balsamic offerings too. We will be back!“
“My husband and I had dinner in the restaurant for our anniversary. All of the food was really superb, the wine was great and the server was lovely! “Visited at the end of October from Ontario just after a snow storm ripped through. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, infinitely kind, and very helpful. The vineyard was very beautiful and there was not a single wine that we tasted that we did not thoroughly enjoy. I cannot truly say enough about how positive our experience here was.
