“I never EVER write reviews but I need to give credit where it’s due. Was just here today (Friday March 8th) at the Sahali location. Around 1pm with my 3 year old. Our server I believe was Ken(I could be wrong but that’s what my reciept says). He was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had in a restaurant. He was very kind to my daughter, and just had such a positive, friendly and happy demeanor . I overheard him talking with other customers too and it’s just so refreshing to see someone who genuinely loves their job and is putting out positivity and kindness into the world. Ken, if you see this. YOU ROCK. And you deserve a raise ?“
“I ordered take out, at pick up there was a few little annoying things but nothing to speak of. That is until I got home and realized that we were missing part of our order. Not a huge deal I can live without fries. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was pleasant noticed the part of my order sitting there and immediately asked if I wanted to come get it or not. I opted out of getting back in the car and just wanted to clear up the product I paid for but did not receive. I'm not a Karen people make mistakes I just didn't want to be out money. She collected my contact information and within days I recieved a gift card . Great job , you guys went above and beyond to ensure we would order again. Thank you for making the OK experience, a positive one. Ps food was consistently good , who doesn't love club house from the spot.“
“I hadn't been here in over 20 years but heard good things about it. It was mid afternoon St. Patrick's Day. No St. Paddy's Day specials but that is fine. My father had the fish and chips and my sister and I shared the Salisbury Steak dinner. BEST salisbury steak dinner I have had in a long time. The vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection and the fries were homemade/home-cut and delicious! The portions were huge. My Dad was very happy with the food and so were my sister and I. We also had your lemon meringue pie and the graham cracker crust was made with butter. You could tell by the taste. Our server Mekhi was a little gem, attentive and professional. We will be back!“
