Inexperienced staff negate a quality experience. Tried to use subway rewards program to no avail. Even going above store level didn't get positive results. A rewards program that didn't work has left a bad taste for me and I haven't been back.
The same sub that I always get back home and the same sub I got in Kelowna is just under $9.00. However, at this location it was $13.00. Food was good but way too busy around lunch time.
