WAS a regular. Until ordering several things today, one item being a green tea latte (ordered daily for over a year). I was given a "green tea black"? When I mentioned it was a green tea latte that I ordered, the employee said they don't do those. I told him I've gotten them every day for over a year, in which he replied "I'm here every morning and he's never given me one"!! Another employee behind him came up and said yes, they do make them. Was told I'd have to wait for my order after the drive through. This morning after 5 mins waiting I get my food walked to my car. The employee then walks away scratching his junk all the way back to the building, where I'm sure he's off to handle more food.Disgusting. Never coming back.

Is this a daycare for the staffs kids now or what? Seats not available because of their kids there! The staff with kids can’t pay attention to their job and mess’s up multiple orders, pay for daycare like the every other responsible adult with kids!
