“What a gem! A busy spot on a Sunday morning. It has the typical cafe buzz that you'd expect but there is a cozy upstairs to take you away from some of the noise and activity of the main service area and open kitchen. The main floor is great to take in coming and going off people, and upstairs is ideal if you want to have a slightly quieter experience.Service is super friendly. Everyone seems to be smiling. There were plenty of staff on site taking orders, making drinks and preparing food. They will deliver your order to you if you are staying in so no standing around awkwardly to find out if they correctly captured your name.Food choices are plentiful but it's a cafe so you'll find your taste buds tantalized if you're looking for a baked good. I can highly recommend the monkey bread which is basically a pull apart cinnamon bun. Pro tip, save an outside piece that is a little crispier to scoop up the gooey goodness at the bottom of the pastry wrapper.There is a patio for those warmer days, and/or if you have your doggo with you.And they have a small child size table and chairs to keep the kiddos happy while you sip, slurp, crunch, munch or just close your eyes and enjoy the smells of fresh baked yummies.Parking: It's adjacent to Prospera Place, so there's lots of spaces. I think it's free, but double check upon arrival.Kid-friendliness: Small table and chair for the youngsters. Also one high chair.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible on the main level.“
“We love this restaurant and stop for lunch every time we're in Kelowna. The sandwiches are tasty and toasty, and we love the friendly service with the slightly eccentric edge. You'll know what I'm talkng about when you go. Delicious sandwiches! My Huz loves the Rueben, and I love the Torpedo. Both are served hot and toasted, cheesy and flavourful. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Recommend!“

“A good bagel place in Kelowna that does bagel sandwiches for slightly under $8. I got the lox cream cheese bagel and it was tasty. You get to pick your own cream cheese and veggies. Everything was fresh. They make their bagel in house.Service was good. You order and pick it up when it's ready. There are three tables at the bagel shop.but the turnover of the tables are quick. Free parking available in front of the bagel shop but it is being shared with the other stores at the street mall.“
“My mom ordered a black forest cake from here for my brothers 40th birthday. She told them that she just wanted a small cake to feed three or four people. They told her on the phone that the 8 inch was 26 dollars and would be the perfect amount, but when she got there they said that the 8 inch is 36 dollars and the 6 inch is 26 dollars. She didn't feel like arguing about it so she just paid and left. The cake was okay, but they put some sort of vanilla cake or crust at the bottom of the cake that made it taste odd and we have never had that on a black forest cake before. It was an okay experience but a bit disappointing.“

“Every single thing I consumed from here was amazing.. no words. The smell is amazing, food amazing, great customer service. I'm back in the states and miss it already :( I tried the Nanaimo bar, Boston cream donut, maple custard donut, and chocolate tart. “Came in yesterday for an iced coffee and a cold drink for my 4 year old daughter. The woman working was so kind and friendly and went out of her way to help us. She made a chocolate milk drink even though it wasn’t on the menu.Also love that there was a pride flag in the store ??️??️⚧️“
“We love their food! We decided to grab a celiac safe GF quick dinner and a treat for my 4 kids. it is their fav place! I double checked to make sure it was open earlier in the day. We were instore making our choices at 405pm, after picking delicious donuts to be told we cannot have any wraps or bagels due to the sandwich press being turned off an hour before closing. I even asked for just plain bagels w/butter and nope. We went their specifically for an on the go dinner. We are a celiac family and cant just go anywhere for food. If i would have known no actual food (other then treats) is available after 4 pm i would have packed dinner like i usually do between the kids after school activities. So be warned don't expect warm food after 4pm even though they don't close till 5pm. I had some pretty sad kids well until they had a donut for dinner lol.“

“Love these sandwiches! I ate them almost every lunch break through the summer as the gas station across the road sells them. Some of the ingredients lists aren't correct though.. if lettuce is listed, beware it's probably not in there. I really wish it was :( I forget which ones it was.“

You are starting to be able to find some of them at those bigger chains, but Choices has the best selection for sure.If the owner or manager is reading - please bring in the 7oz Daiya dairy-free jalapeno havarti blocks!“
“As a French, I went there to try a Canadian bakery with no special expectation.It s very small inside (3 to 4 people capacity) and I had to wait outside with others. Good start probably?I ordered plain croissant, almonds croissant and pain au chocolat. Jackie seved me this day and I was really well welcomed. Even if she was very busy she still took the time to give me a nice smile and as I ask for advices she helped me making my choices.Casher was nice too.Amazing product. I have to say, even better than most bakery in France. Woaw! Really! Didn't expect that. It s definitely more expensive than it is back home but it s worth the price. I ll go back for sure. “I recently got my parents hooked on this place, they both said the chicken almond sandwich and the coronation sandwich were the best chicken sandwiches they have ever had in their lives. They also loved the sausage rolls. I always find myself craving these sandwiches but unfortunately for me I live in Toronto. I am looking forward to my next visit at Fezziwigs so I can enjoy another chicken almond and coronation sandwich!! :)“
