For $16 I was expecting way more fries in a poutine. Taste was solid, but they could’ve melted the cheese a bit more.Definitely good, but damn if I’m paying $16 I feel like I should’ve gotten double the portion.

I used to live New York Fries with cheese but now the cheese sauce is so watered down and tasteless its awful. I am not coming back.Parking: Need more handicapped parking all around the mall. Its always busy at the mall.

Located in the food court of the Orchard Park mall. Kelowna’s biggest and only shopping mall. My first NY Fries! I was expecting a thicker bigger French fry. Especially since they are fresh cut. I found the fries on the thin side and some of them very over cooked and burnt on the end. I ordered the classic French fries with gravy on the side. I found the gravy watery and thin and a very strong spice in it. Too strong on its own. I mixed the gravy, fries and ketchup together and it tasted much better as a blend which is what I think what most of their dishes are meant to be.

Ordered chili cheese dog, not worth the price. very limited on amount of chili and the bun was dry and falls apart. Way better options to buy a chili dog. 2 stars.

Incredibly slow for a single poutine dish with no lineup and no prior orders to fill. Saw fries that had already been fried sitting over the fryers in multiple batches , or out in the open - It's normal to blanche and cool french fries but not have them sitting over heat sources for who knows how long, product was not fresh. Toppings on my poutine were lacking - All sauce no meat. Furthermore, I am experiencing weird bowel issues shortly after consumption.

Disappointed with the amount of toppings on 4 different items on 2 different days. It was 2 loaded hot dogs and two different sizes of pulled pork poutine. The amount of pulled pork and chili was miniscule yet these toppings are expensive.There were different people working on those different days so this is not a case of an employee mistake but rather a deliberate practice by management, presumably to short-sightedly reduce costs. Maybe they haven't heard that when you rip people off as matter of policy, they stop coming back.I'm not going to write the email because I'm not interested in being compensated with a coupon or whatever. I want people to know what's going on in the hopes that the practice will change. I bet that even after saying this, they will respond by asking me to write an email.Other than that the food is fresh and service is good, so if you make sure to only order the plain hot dogs or plain fries, you will avoid the skimp-out policy on premium toppings and get a reasonable value.
