All staff at Opa's on Banks Rd in Kelowna are awesome but a special shout out too "Prabhjeet and Gurbhej" These two ladies are the BEST; they see me coming and have my order memorized along with my rewards number. They are always there, smiling, friendly, efficient and just really great at their job. I own a company and if they had the skills that I require I would hire them in a second!!!!! I have gone to this location a few times only because it's in a convenient location other wise I definitely would not go. Each time I have gone in I get rude customer service. The cashier looks miserable the entire time. Last night we asked to have fries instead of potato's for one of the platters and we got a rude "No" when we have asked for that in the past and it was completely fine. The food was ok for the price/quality ratio. But the chicken skewers had been warming up for a long time... there were no potatoes... the employees didn't seem happy to be there. I will go to another restaurant next time.
