This location is hit and miss. It is either the best location in kelowna, or the worst. The food is pretty consistent, they’re never out of anything and it’s good for the price. The Coffee on the other hand is not consistent. Some days it taste like coffee and others it taste like water and milk. That needs to be dealt with. Also, ordering any espresso beverage is a pain. I recently visited the Tim near Canadian tire and was impressed by Marjot and Michael's dedication, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They have an extraordinary ability to listen and understand customers' needs, even during busy times.I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated by management. It was really bad experience there today , three employees were moving in the kitchen and no one was attending customers and serving food to them. Overall environment was very bad and noisy and I think the store has to work on management.
