“The place is great for some “me” time.. Peace and quiet coz there are not much customers inside however the choice of music is a little bit out of the theme. I usually hear calm, relaxing music while in this branch the music they’re playing is more of loud and “hype” kind of sounds.. The service was good though but my drink wasn’t the same taste as I get from other branches. Not sure if too much expresso was added but it taste a bit extra bitter. There are quite some flies around as well but still manageable. The seats are comfy and not too over crowded. I also like the natural lights flowing inside coz of all the glass windows they have. The place is in a very good location for me and have enough parking. “Payton made the best drink I ever had. I’m a bit intimidated by the variety in the menu as I’m not a big coffee guy, but she really stood out after I asked for a recommendation, and she thoughtfully talked me through some options and flavours available to make it a real treat. I’m used to big chain places like this being pretty run-of-the-mill, but this one is so great! Defs going to be going back here.“

“Had an Uber eats driver not grab one of my drinks, when I attempted to contact him about it he told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me (rude!). When I called the Starbucks directly they were so apologetic and kind, I told them I would come pick it up, they remade my order when I came in and gave me a gift card for the cost of the drink even though it wasn't their fault/issue! Excellent customer service!! :)“
“It was Ok. The starters were excellent! They didn't ask for my daughter's ID or to sign the birthday book (was her bd)how did they know we weren't lying. It was a Monday night I think she forgot to discount the 2 Prime rib orders we had.“
“The crunchy caramel frap was quite good but could have been blended better. The Vanilla bean mini scones are much better after they have been in the air for a few minutes. They're stored in a cooler, and the moisture makes them a bit funny.“
“A local legend. The Barristas at this Starbucks are top notch, there are many regulars of this little well loved hide-away inside Safeway, and it's because of them. What it lacks in environmental ambience it more than makes up for in service and well made Starbucks 'style' coffee. Yum-yum gimme some (with whipped cream please!).“
“Well, it's Starbucks. If you love them, you love them. I'm a regular, so... My only issue is that the baristas don't always get the order right. When I ask for 'no foam', I want a FULL drink with NO FOAM. And, as always, it costs too much. If it costs less, I'd go more often... I'm just saying!“
“Located off hwy 97 driving towards the bridge, "south" I say this as it's in a very busy part of Kelowna. Especially in rush hr ,summer and special events. Easy parking besides and of course a drive through for a quick caffeine fix.I was buying beans to brew at home and needed them ground for me and the lady was very pleasant.“

There is no in-store seating available unless you’re heading to Indigo to read a book. They have permanently closed the bathrooms for “safety reasons”. “I needed a place to do some work while waiting for someone to finish an appointment nearby. I dropped in and Lexxie took my order. She is an absolute bright ray of sunshine and I am sure she cheers people up everyday.My only slightly negative comment is that the Island Oat Bars seem to be much thinner than they used to be (I know 'shrink-flation' is a thing everywhere these days.)“
