I went into Subway to get a salad and Jazz had to change the lettuce, she opened the container and the lettuce was visibly brown. I asked Jazz for new lettuce and she very rudly said she just changed it and refused to get new lettuce that was not brown. I refused to eat the lettuce and we both left. Absolutely disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Usually this is my favourite place. Unfortunately the evening staff has gone wayyyyyy downhill and I was appalled this evening by how rude the young girl was who was helping a young boy infront of me. Not only did she sigh n rill her eyes at him multiple times, she proceeded to send him away to get his mothers help. I was so so disheartened and it absolutely made my experience terrible. Even the sandwich tasted awful after watching that interaction. The manager jazz is absolutely lovely and I’m hoping by following up with her this won’t happen again. Just so so so so sad!!

Breaking child labour laws in BC, serving half frozen chicken and a self described 13 year old girl answering the phone at 8pm without a clue how to handle the situation.My friend ordered here tonight and the girl who answered the phone said she was 13. Her and another employee made a sub with half frozen chicken. Nasty. Potentially dangerous.I encouraged him to call Subway corporate and report this incompetent franchisee.

It’s a normal subways but messed up my order and didn’t add some things. I ordered a pizza sub but they put no pizza sauce. I had to repeat myself multiple times with was not ideal.

Made a mistake ordering through the app. Ordered from wrong subway. So I tried to call this store to fix the problem. Called multiple times, nobody answered. They never called me to ask about my order or why it wasn't picked up (I'm working and can't go that far to pick it up). Absolutely disgraceful for a franchise to operate this way. Never order from this restaurant.

I was very disappointed last night in my Subway sandwich. It was close to closing time but I still feel that there should’ve been your quality control standard in place. Some of the condiments were sold out and some didn’t look very fresh. I was disappointed but what concerned me was when I got home a couple min later the bread was so hard I could hardly eat it but I couldn’t bring it back due to the time so I ate what I could. I love Subway normally as it is always so fresh but this was a disappointing experience. Thought I would let this outlet know as the quality was very sub standard.

I've had several bad experiences at this location. The management/ownership at this location is so poor. I went there for lunch on a Saturday to find a long line. Poor kid up front was working his tail off on his own. I asked him if he was the only one scheduled to work and he confirmed he was. I've come in other times with other young folks working and they didn't know how to use the register. This ownership needs a wakeup call. I won't be visiting this location again after watching these poor kids try to work without support.
