Same great place to get a quick bite to eat, but amazing all new menu. Incredibly delicious brand new subs available across all the chains. There's still the classics available too if you just want something you already know you love. On top of the new menu there's a few new ingredients available like jalapeno Monterey jack cheese, classic orange cheddar and more new sauces then I can start to list.

The place is not busy when I went here but despite that, the crew was very busy cleaning the back area. He took my order and made it perfectly. He even suggested his own favorite sauce for it. Overall, service is great.The sandwich is perfectly prepared. The place is cleaned and well maintained as well. I like also the idea that the tables were facing the menu so I have a chance to sit and look at the menu first.The place has an adequate parking and is wheelchair accessible. I would definitely go back here for more.

Horrible customer service i have ever received in my life. I asked them to grilled my sandwich bt bcoz it was already wrapped so, she refused to do it. In arrogant voice she said “ooh well !! you have to ask it before hand’. There’s a more nicer way to say such things. Please !! Be polite (girl ) nd learn to provide better customer service.

Disgusting, I ordered two Italian’s. I really shoulda been paying more attention, I don’t even know what I got, after driving home and unwrapping them, the subs smelled and tasted like dog food ??. Isn’t an Italian suppose to have cold cuts?? Look at the pic ?

Worst subway I’ve been too, I had a valid coupon that “didn’t work” because apparently they changed their system? Even tho I still have money on my card? The staff did not help fix it at all and I asked for a manger number and they would not give me anyone to talk to and completely left me to deal with it alone. I need a refund, it was pathetic customer service, a complete joke.

Horrible customer service. Refused to honour the coupon available in the mail and on the app even though the location is listed as a participating location. Supervisor refused to do anything. Left the food there as they just got argumentative.

The lady making our subs was miserable. I even asked her if she was ok because she seemed very angry. She said she was fine but was scowling and throwing the meat, cheese and veggies on the subs and didn't even wrap them up nicely and things fell out all over the bag. When i asked if she was OK, that was the perfect opportunity for her to smarten up and put a freaking smile on, even if she didn't feel like it. It's customer service. If you hate your job that much, maybe it shouldn't be your job! My son is very gracious and will always defend people but even he was appalled by her ignorant behavior. If this was my business, I'd fire her. That was so unprofessional and unpleasant. If i could give negative stars, I would!

Bad customer service(Girl name, KOMAL)!, I really don’t care about being it good but a bad customer service for no reason at all is which I hate the most. I went in the evening and the girl named KOMAL(tall brown girl) gave me a really bad attitude, she wasn’t seem to care about the order I am telling, I had to repeat and she still messed up and when I corrected her she gave a mean look and got mad raised tone for rest of the order(she even threw a packet of chips on the shelf aggressively). Just a polite suggestion, If you don’t wanna work or don’t like what you do just sit at your home or do your job in a good manner.

Never seen someone mess up my order and mis hear me more than todayI wont name who as maybe they were just having a bad day but quite literally everything I had to tell her she was doing it wrong even after she asked me 5+ timesIm not particularly loud but when you're the only person in store repeating the same thing over and over and not getting a response thats a recipe to never come back
