The place is not busy when I went here but despite that, the crew was very busy cleaning the back area. He took my order and made it perfectly. He even suggested his own favorite sauce for it. The lady making our subs was miserable. I even asked her if she was ok because she seemed very angry. She said she was fine but was scowling and throwing the meat, cheese and veggies on the subs and didn't even wrap them up nicely and things fell out all over the bag. When i asked if she was OK, that was the perfect opportunity for her to smarten up and put a freaking smile on, even if she didn't feel like it. It's customer service. Same great place to get a quick bite to eat, but amazing all new menu. Incredibly delicious brand new subs available across all the chains. There's still the classics available too if you just want something you already know you love. On top of the new menu there's a few new ingredients available like jalapeno Monterey jack cheese, classic orange cheddar and more new sauces then I can start to list.
