It was really bad experience there today , three employees were moving in the kitchen and no one was attending customers and serving food to them. Overall environment was very bad and noisy and I think the store has to work on management.

This location is hit and miss. It is either the best location in kelowna, or the worst. The food is pretty consistent, they’re never out of anything and it’s good for the price. The Coffee on the other hand is not consistent. Some days it taste like coffee and others it taste like water and milk. That needs to be dealt with. Also, ordering any espresso beverage is a pain. We all know the machine isn’t broken, just don’t be lazy and make what someone orders. I’ve personally asked for a shot of it in my coffee, paid for it, and right away knew there wasn’t any in there. The service also needs some work. Everyone is very nice and polite but repeating the same word 4+ times is not quality service. Ordering takes longer than driving through the window, this could easily be fixed. This is the only location that has this problem in Kelowna, others the ordering is smooth.Some days this location deserves a 2, and some days it deserves a 10. With that said this location is a 6 out of 10.

Went at 3pm. They were almost out of donuts already. Seems to be the way it is there from others Ive talked too. Staff are friendly and lots of parking.
Went there two times months apart and in both situations they charged me the latte I ordered, to come to me later and say the machine is not working. To make things worse, I went there and saw they charged 2 other customers after me and said exactly the same thing. Very suspicious. Looks like the machine is working, they just dont want to actually prepare it as it takes time. Also, odd they wait for you to order and pay before letting you know the machine is out of order. This is a complaint that should go all the way to the franchisee master.

I realize this is a drive through, but you also have customers inside. I waited 10 min for a coffee. Over 10 people that work inside and all they care about is the drive threw. You need to think about people inside as

Once again this location didnt have what i wanted. This time they had me pay first and then I was told there was no soup or chilli at 4:30pm! Got my money back but they told me it was there at the speaker... its dinner!!! Wow.
