The taste of KFC is simply not what it used to be. Its not crispy, the coating is thin, the pieces are small and its bland tasting. And a 10pc bucket with fries, gravy and macaroni for $40 is expensive for what you get. The drive through person struggled to make suggestions on the menu, the wait time was excessive. Sorry but the cost does not justify what I received. Im going to think twice before going to KFC again
The chicken was flavourless, over cooked and dry. Staff was friendly. Service was funny, usually at the drive thru the ask if you want anything else. Every time I ordered something she told me to drive ahead. I was trying to order for 3 people and in the end I gave up on the third order.
