It was as if someone had re-fried leftover chicken, and I obviously mentioned two side dishes twice, but when I checked, she said she had already included them, but when I got home and checked, there were other items included. This is my third visit, but I am disappointed every time I come. This is not the KFC. Only the sign is KFC, the staff and food like the level of unlicensed street food.

During my visit, I was alarmed to witness the staff members handling food without wearing gloves, specifically while preparing the tacos. I promptly approached the manager on duty to address this violation of food safety protocols, but regrettably, my concerns were met with dismissiveness and even laughter.As a customer, I am deeply concerned about the lack of adherence to food safety regulations at your establishment. The Food Safety Act of British Columbia clearly outlines the importance of maintaining proper hygiene practices, including the mandatory use of gloves when handling food. This incident has not only compromised the health and safety of customers but also raises doubts about the overall commitment of your restaurant to maintaining high standards of food safety.I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take immediate corrective actions to prevent such violations from reoccurring. God awful place, chicken is soft, not crispy at all, floor is filthy, a worker dropped a tool on floor, she put the tool back on the table where they put the food on, she turned around and saw me looking at her doing this then turned back to put tool in the back pretending to wash it.This is the worst KFC I been to in my entire life!!!!

After a long time thought of checking out the planted based burger from KFC, at first was drive thru, however after placing the order for 2, the girl taking the order was so nice n kind to recommend the different options made me changed my mind to dine in. Although, i got to place the again, but felt very well taken care by the Indian girl.Anyhow, fries were very tasty and the plant based bun was soo yummy, good amount of sause n the protein was with nice spice n chewy... A great quick dinner forba saturday night. A must try item which made me thought i was actually biting some spicy chicken.Vegetarian options: Plant based Sandwich
Just your regular fast food restaurant.but very clean public Area but washroom could use a little more attention.

The taste of KFC is simply not what it used to be. Its not crispy, the coating is thin, the pieces are small and its bland tasting. And a 10pc bucket with fries, gravy and macaroni for $40 is expensive for what you get. The drive through person struggled to make suggestions on the menu, the wait time was excessive. Sorry but the cost does not justify what I received. Im going to think twice before going to KFC again
