Living on this side of the bridge, this is our go to for dim sum. It's consistently very good but it has gotten very pricey. Make a reservation, more people translates to better service. Wish we didn't always have to beg for soy sauce. Don't like that they charge for tea either.

It is not a popular Chinese dish, but rather local Chinese food, and is often visited by many foreigners.

Average food but above average price. And terrible service! It’s first I have told to leave after having seat for about an hour and so.

Food and service was great. We were seated near the door, during a cold day. Got a rush of cold air ever time a customer opened the door. Would suggest asking for a table away from the door. Food tasted great. Staff were attentive.

The Luxe is one of the only (if not the only) places to find authentic Cantonese style Chinese food. Prices are high but the food is absolutely worth it. Growing up with a Chinese mother I had the privilege to eat at some great Chinese restaurants in Richmond and Vancouver and the Luxe is the only place in the area that compares to those restaurants.
Pretty good but slightly pricer than some other dim sum I've been to, but overall was

I have to say today was a disappointing dining experience. There were 5 of us, tried the crab meat fish belly soup, two sea food base dishes, one meat appetizer, and the spicy beef with vermicelli. The appetizer was ok, not fantastic but at least the presentation was standard. The crab soup tho, appearance was honestly unappealing. It was white with white pits, and plus the red vinegar made the soup look pink. Tasted nothing like seafood, no other veg, just the white bits which i wishfully assumed they were crab meat, there is maybe some egg white - and completely bland and unseasoned. I honestly thought the chef had forgotten to salt it or add any seasoning. ( we are average Asians with taste bud on a lightly salted basis, so when I said it is unseasoned, it has almost no taste.) the soup was the most shocker of all, the rest of the dishes are standard, the spicy beef with vermicelli was the best of all.In the meantime, I’ve asked water for my kids, 3 times, in the end I went to the counter to get it, one lady who delivers the food actually told me don’t order water from me I’m way too busy, she literally dropped the food and “ran” away while we tried to speak to her. Really?!?While I understand the chaos of a busy restaurant, I felt the service does not reflect the 15% standard charge at all. It was a disappointing experience and not worthy of a 260 dollar meal. Please improve your service immediately.Ps. Dim sum at lunch was 200% better than the a la carte dinner menu.

This is the best Cantonese Chinese food restaurant in Langley. There are about 20 tables different sizes for different gathering events. The food is delicious and setting is good. It is better that you should come with your family or your friends here together and order different plates to share them because of large portion sizes.
