“I come to this one often as it’s close to me. The drive thru is usually friendly and fairly decent speed.Don’t go inside though, I once waited 30 minutes for my order. I’d like to say it’s a rarity but I went today with no one in line or in the drive thru when I got there and still took 15 minutes.“
“The 4 staff members that were working today and helped fill my in store order at 9:50am were absolutely incredible. It was like a well oiled machine. Staff were all extremely busy filling orders but they worked so well together, were super positive with all customers, and overall they created an amazing atmosphere. “Well, I ordered through the app and I was a little shocked at the wait. However, when I arrived, the line moved quickly to get to the order box. Colton greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't seem phased at how busy the location was. We waited a bit longer to get to the pickup window, and finally arrived. Colton greeted us in person and he was fabulous. Smiled and made our day. Thank you for the wonderful service today. “This is my favourite cafe in the area because I can see students working and sometimes overhear interesting conversations. There are plenty of plug-ins on the side if you need to charge your devices. It’s always bustling. Drinks are pricy cuz it’s Starbucks.“
“I tried their pumpkin spice frappuccino and it was glorious! It was so delicious, spices and pumpkin flavors were on point! Staff is very nice and kind. I got my drink in just a few minutes even though I came like at 10:00am. Overall, great service and coffee :)“
“Very positive experience at 6am on a Sunday morning. Pre-ordered for pick-up. Upon my arrival, baristas were positive and engaging, and had my order ready to go. I made a last-minute add-on request, and the barista had no trouble with fulfilling it quickly, even appearing very friendly and cheerful with it. Thank you!“
