I was talking with Frankie and she said no problem and they’ll fix it for me the next time I come back. “4pm in the summer heat, lineup 10 deep and understaffed. Service was a little slow but the 3 that were there were absolute machines. They were killing it getting drinks ready. Easily could have kept a couple more employees working. Need to hire more or the gems you have will burn out!“
“My online order was ready, but when I grabbed my ice latte cup, the lid was not properly closed, I end up spilling a quarter of my drink, I told both girls about the lid and they did not acknowledge the problem, just looked at me like if it was my fault.“
