Horrible customer service today, had to ask three times for a sleeve for my coffee ad the worker at the window was chatting with her Co workers in their language. Not paying any attention to the customer. And they rarely ever stir their teas, always get a sip of hot milk at the beginning and a spoonful of sugar at the end.
The young girl at the service counter was extremely friendly and served me quickly! I wish that I could call out her name here to get some great feedback but I cannot remember her name and I don't have the receipt in front of me right now! Cheers to this store, this customer service young girl and the one person that hired her!

I came to this store last Sunday. The food was okay. The coffee was fresh too like how all food and beverages should be. But what I was more impressed about was the service given by a trainee. I think his name is Ian? Or Lan. I was very indecisive when I was ordering but he remained cheerful and patient despite the fact that i changed my order a couple of times.
