The quality of food has definitely gone down since they the fries taste like they have sugar in it like they don't change the oil the chicken had a weird I don't know where they're getting the chicken from maybe India it was dry and it tastes like old oil definitely not the same KFC I grew up with what a shame I think 7-Eleven has better chicken than KFC now

Sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Actually turned my vehicle off! Was told when it took so long that “it’s fresh” then I was told their manager is on break and sitting around. Sandwich was poorly made and stuffed in the bag.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Worst service I have experienced in a long time. I had not eaten here in years, and now I remember why. The food was subpar but at least somewhat hot. I watched the fellow working there give the car in front of me two dips for no charge, and then he wanted to charge me for dips despite my ordering two wraps. I was willing to buy one but he closed the door on me and I was forced to go inside to buy one (these are free at 7/11 next door by the way). I also tried to ask while ordering how much food was in a small macaroni salad side and was unable to get a clear answer, so just went ahead and ordered a small. It was SO SMALL it's absurd, like the sort of size you'd expect a little bit of ketchup to be in if you'd ordered some fries! They even took mashed potatoes off the menu(!?), so why bother having gravy? Extremely unsatisfied; this place is probably the worst fast food joint in Mission!

This is not my first order at this location but today will be the last I’ll be going again.Food:Ordered 2 piece chicken combo via drive through.I was served cold fries on top of semi hot chicken pieces. The chicken pieces being small is okay but they have a smell like they have been out there for a while. Had to throw the whole thing away. This is the first I have seen chicken pieces of this quality from KFC(attached pic).If you don’t have the product you just tell the customer we are out of food rather than giving them cold food. When I call to let the server know she says the chicken is hot I checked.Do you think a customer who just got off work, came and ordered food so he can complain or feed himself?I have no food for tonight. Thanks to you and your team.Service:No welcome greeting, no smile from the servers on the phone or in person.Never going back to this place again.Management please do something before you run out of business. Hope KFC gives both the management and the team some training on how to run a franchise.
