I was so excited to get noodlebox tonight, I used to get it on the Island in Nanaimo fairly often. Decided to try the Thai style chow mein with crispy tofu… unfortunately it has almost zero flavour, very slight hint of curry. The noodles are super dry, the veggies seem like they’ve been sitting around all day. The tofu is the opposite of crispy, it’s dry, soggy, chewy. Noodlebox has always delivered on quality and quantity. However lately quantity is significantly reduced and this is witnessing over two orders and two items for each order. Service is still great. It is sauces and curry have certainly do not taste the same for someone used to Noodlebox flavors.

Ordered rice noodle and got rice. I did not taste any spice and instead it was like someone poured 5 lbs of salt in my order.My wife’s order was done wellShrimp was good.This was my second order, they did very well the first time I ordered from here.I will try to stick to the recommended noodle options, seems they have troubles with changes to an order.
