Is it possible to invest a little money in this business and make menu boards that are easy to see (not old and dirty) and a take out window that is not held together by cardboard and duct tape? When I order something from the menu board please don't ask me which one because you have an assortment that are not even posted. Asked to park so I did,, although given zero direction on where to park and parking where I have in the past (also no designated drive through spots) I was laughed at and told that she was standing around the corner with my food waiting for me. When I got home and found zero condiments. KFC / Taco Bell, we're done. Good luck to you, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I was ordering and I was standing touching the counter and then realized all this caked on nastiness all over the front. This has been like this for awhile and if the front looks like this id hate to see the area where they cook the food. KFC is my go to place in the food court but after this I'm going to have to find another go to place until I see this has been taken care of. Zoom into the pictures it's bad.

A very very super cool and super far out restaurant to get some very very nice and good tasting super delicious far out fried chicken and very friendly staff. 100% good customer service and a very very clean place. Asked for two legs and got a thigh and a wing which was disgusting and greasy. Worst KFC I've ever had. I bought just two pieces of chicken and a bottle of water (no side) and they charged me $9!!!!!! This mall location needs to be shut down.

Never open when they should be. So called staffing shortage is probably actually a wage and benefits issue and the tenders are never tender unless you want to wait 20min for fresh ones if by some miracle they are open.

I ordered skip the dishes with this KFC and one of my chicken strips was bitten and put in the bucket. They did not send me my large box of fries and my bottle of pepsi. It was very expensive and I don't appreciate how awful it tasted.
People knock this KFC, but they are very short staffed and with pandemic, restaurant is closed. I think for a small team, running that drive thru is a challenge! The only beef I have is that the app is turned off right now, so I could not put in mobile order for two weeks now. I believe it's going through changes. I would say be patient. They always made good chicken and service for pick up was great. (they corrected issues with my order all the time).

Pitifull lunchtime can only use drivethro no no access to inside noway im going to get car thats parked at other end of the parking lot and to drivethro just to get food you blew it kfc wont go to you ever again

Here for the plant-based menu!! The crispy "chicken" burger is delicious and 100% vegan (including the mayo). Nothing fancy, but darn tasty. Service was friendly and fast. They were out of the plant-based popcorn, so we will be back! Prices are average for fast food these days, not that cheap anymore but less expensive than restaurants. There's restrooms and lots of seating in the mall food court. It's so nice having more vegan options at fast food chains! Thank you!

Chicken overcooked! I'll never order anything here again. My biggest issue is. Never seem to get a good piece of white meat, even with a 6 piece meal. KFC has gone so downhill, that it can't go any further, being at rock bottom!
