Half an hour in the drive thru with on 3 cars ahead of me. and then they don't even bother to take your order, just ignore you. I spent 45 minutes there and just drove off in disgust. Went next door to DQ and was in and out in 10 minutes. Won't waste my time
We walked into this KFC to order food, there were 2 customers eating and 2 customers at cash paying for their order. We ordered 2 snack packs and were told 12 minutes. We went to sit down but all tables were dirty. I told the person at counter and he went to clean tables. After 30 minutes, we were finally called to get our order. The chicken was dripping oil so bad my granddaughter burned her hand. The restaurant was dirty with garbage overflowing. The area to get straws...read full review
