The service was quick and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal. The food was fresh and satisfying, exceeding my expectations. McDonald's in Nanaimo is definitely my go-to spot for a tasty breakfast and a great cup of coffee. Highly recommended!“
“Had a great burger and drink at this location yesterday around 11 am, but what shocked me the most is this lady ahead of me in the drive thru was extremely rude to one member of staff all because 25 cents dropped and she started swearing and was extremely rude towards the member of staff all because she had to open her door and grab it. People really need to stop and think how their actions and words can have a lasting effect on someone else is day.“

“Really lovely security guard at the door. We had a host of children and he was so good with them, friendly, told us how to access the washroom. The staff are friendly enough as well, but not many tables are cleaned up. We ordered on the app and put down table service but they called our names instead. They missed my drink but that was quickly fixed. So - just a bit hit and miss but they were friendly!“
“Their drive-thru is fast and in the multiple visits with my oddball orders, they've gotten it right every time. I've only had to do a pull-over and wait once. The staff isn't always fake customer service cheerful, but they're GOOD, which I'd rather have.It's a McDs, you're not getting gourmet, but you're getting fast, decent, filling, food for a decent price.“
“McDonald's has the very best fast food coffee in Canada (yes much better than another well known brand). I ordered a decaffeinated coffee here and the Manager made me a fresh pot, so that my cup would be piping hot. What great service.“
