pizza was decent my hot wing (burning hot buffalo) not sure if they changed them from a few years ago but weren't the greatest, super dry to where there was almost no meat left on them and it made it so you could barely taste the sauce. Hopefully you have a better

I love this Pizza hut. The staff are real nice and the pizza is delicious. Nice atmosphere too. It can get busy this time of year at Dinner so it's better to place your order ahead of time. I talked with the manager and they get such a tremendous volume of orders that come in all at once, with only one oven to cook. So just keep that in mind between 5 - 6 on the weekends. Worth the occasional wait regardless, always hot.Kudos to their delivery drivers as well; good chaps. Quick and always in good spirits.*****Kid-friendliness: You can dine in there or just wait at the tables while the pizza cooks.

I do food delivery and refuse pick up from here. Always late. Really late. Waste my time. Get paid $6 for 30-45 minutes. No thank you! Always drivers waiting pick up order. If order delivery, order different location. Other locations good. This one sucks!!

I had excellent service at the Hammond bay Pizza Hut. I had sukh take my order and he was very respectful.Sukh gave me suggestions and service:)
Ordered a meal deal (2 pizzas with sides) and received the sides, only one pizza, and an empty box! Called the call centre and was transferred to a store somewhere in mainland BC, who couldn’t transfer me to the Nanaimo location. Had to call again and this time got the right place. Giving 3 stars and not less because they did send the missing pizza within a reasonable time and the rest of the food was fine.

Couldn't fulfill an order of 1 cheese pizza. Whoever manages this store should be fired. It's 730om how can you not fulfill an order of cheese on crust?

Placed an paid order with the app. Went to pickup at the set time and the store was closed. Paid for pizza, drove to pickup pizza, left empty handed and empty wallet with disappointed kids. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

We used to live to get our pizza from Pizza Hut, but for the last year or so, it has been more of a chaotic experience, and that is if they are even open. We had a delivery order that never made it home, another time we order pick up, they were late for about 20 minutes, and their hours have reduced. We have opted for Dominos or the Terminal mall location.
