“Okay, this is hands down the BEST Nanaimo Subway. The staff are always super friendly, and they actually LISTEN to specifications and preferences! My guy, Patesh (not sure if this is how it is spelled), is the absolute best. I am a regular on Thursdays for my lunch, and he actually remembers my usual order, and makes it to perfection every time! Even my unnecessary need for extra spinach. There's a reason I get it once a week! 5 stars, extra big shout out to Patesh, he seriously rocks.“

“Could use some cosmetic updates and window cleaning.Sandwich quality last time we came was not the same as usual. I don't like the new menu marketing as the sandwiches in the menu are loaded with ingredients, your actual sandwich you can't even see the ingredients inside the sandwich unless you open it up, it's very misleading.“

“Nice, mostly quiet, fast service, at least when I went. Some guy bought a coke. Just a coke. So either A) the vending machines on campus don't sell coke, B) the cokes here are cheaper or larger than the ones in the vending machines, C) that guy was an idiot. Confirmation necessary to determine which of the three is correct.“

“Had lunch here two days in a row as I thoroughly enjoyed the 6" turkey club sandwich on Italian cheese and herbs bread . ?I found the service good although they could smile more and make you feel welcome . The food and bread was fresh . I brought home cookies which are excellent, especially the birthday cake one ?Would be more atmosphere with music playing . The washrooms were clean and great to have hot water fir washing your hands ?Find in general places out west are more expensive for meal deals than back in Niagara Falls ?Parking: It's located outside in the pacific centre mall . Lots of free parking available.“
