Absolute fail. Came through the drive through with my children. Not a single item was correct. Toasted bagels not toasted, wrong type of bagel (asked for everything bagel, got cheese instead), wrong size drink, wrong donuts. The guy working the drive through insisted on rushing by not letting me finish listing our order and telling me to drive up after each item. Clearly a poorly managed Tim Hortons franchise.

I believe in dealing with unpleasantries and unsatisfactory transactions with the people at the establishment in person. But I'm doubtful any care or consideration will be given for how incredibly disappointing this location has been as of late.My bank-card has been having problems lately and tends to decline on the first attempt to pay. Twice it occurred at Tim Hortons - Brooks Landing, and on both of those occasions I have been made to feel like the worst person they've dealt with.On the first occasion, I paid and the POS machine was taken away before I could see for myself if the transaction went through. Food was given and I was standing outside by my car when an employee came running out, yelling at me something along the lines of, "You! Come back inside now. Your payment declined. You cannot just leave!" And this in front of a crowd of other people.Today it happened again in the drive-through. My card apparently declined but it was unbeknownst to me. As I was driving off, the window-attendant screamed at me. "Buddy! Your card declined! Back up now!" I was very embarrassed...Between the filth and unkempt appearance of the cafe, the subpar quality of the food, the downright rude and careless service from the staff, and the genuinely upset feeling I was given today over a $2 coffee because my card declined, I have had enough!Tim Hortons, look into this one. I will never go back to this location. And based on some of the other reviews I see here, I am not the only one.

I’ve never had such a bad experience from a Tim hortons in my life. I’m out here from Winnipeg and every time I order from skip there always every time missing something or they make my drink wrong where it doesn’t even taste how it’s supposed to and with my drink there’s always supposed to be whipped topping but it’s a hit and miss if I get it along with just a straw??? Like sure give me a drink I can’t even drink out of now like common sense goes a long way I’m soo disappointed and thankful I’m going back to wpg soon bc I’ve never experienced this in my life and can actually get what I’m ordering and paying for considering the price difference from here compared to wpg and I’m paying less there but getting waaay better service

Ordered a dozen donuts, cashier tried to charge me individually for each one. Argued when I said that wasn't right. Spoke bad English, I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. She went to get her manager - another Indian woman with an accent I couldn't understand, and she couldn't understand me; but this manager ALSO tried to charge me individually for each donut. I have absolutely no issue with immigrant workers, but you HAVE to be able to understand your English-speaking customers, and it is an asset to be understood by said customers. Lost a sale.

They lost a customer because of a donut. These guys hand out stale product. My second incident in a week and a total inconvenience - people should not have to come back to return old stale products. Today their staff member argued with me at the window Insisting that they never ever give out stale stuff. I have lived close to this Tim Hortons since 2016 and have purchased more coffee and pastries at this one Tim Hortons location than any place in my entire life. I have moved away but still visit Nanaimo often and have remained a loyal customer. Now I will drive to the location that takes me longer to get to and back from in the future as these guys clearly don’t appreciate or deserve the daily business I give them.

I don't know what it is about this location, but every time I try to order yogurt in person, they tell me it's not there today. They actually told me it wasn't there so I ordered through the app and guess what? I actually received my yogurt. I don't understand why they say there isn't any but I picked up multiple yogurt today through the app? otherwise this location is great. It's just, it really is frustrating when they say no for sure we don't have it and yet when I order the app they have it??????

Nobody in drive thru behind us yet staff were passive aggressive about us being ready to pay ( we had a gift card and were ready ) then as my partner was putting the cofee down the woman very rudely kept repeating " here's your sandwich " knowing he was trying to secure the coffee. Again, nobody was behind us so I'm unsure as to why the rudeness

A fast place to grab a quick lunch, this tims has some of the fastest and cleansest service in Nanaimo. My favorite is the turkey bacon club.

We stood at the front counter for some time before we were greeted and our order was taken although friendly! Food was standard nothing over the top and the atmosphere was below average so we took our goods to the car instead.Parking: Tons of parking with close access to the store.

If I could rate this establishment a 0, I would. The employees here (at least on weekday mornings) are probably the most rude, disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From them refusing to scan my Tim’s card because I’m “too slow” to them asking me to move backwards in the drive through to not set off their sensors so they appear the quickest. They also complete your order before you’re finished ordering and make you go to the next window.. Their bagels are always stale and their coffee is always burnt. At least if the food was good, I could deal with the horrible customer service. I’ll spend the extra couple bucks and go elsewhere from now on.

They are so focused on speed at the drive through that order accuracy suffers. They also try to roll you back from the order window to hack the timing sensors. Overall it feels like they don't have time for the customers- just their orders.

This Tim Hortons location is like playing Russian roulette with your food. More often than not they will get your order horribly wrong. It doesn’t seem like the staff care very much to make sure you have a positive experience. For example, today I ordered a BLT with extra bacon, paid the extra $1.50. I ended up with a BLT with even less than the regular amount of bacon. 2.5 half-size soggy slices of bacon to be exact. 2 tiny mostly green tomato slices and a very sad singular lettuce leaf.
