I believe in dealing with unpleasantries and unsatisfactory transactions with the people at the establishment in person. I’ve never had such a bad experience from a Tim hortons in my life. I’m out here from Winnipeg and every time I order from skip there always every time missing something or they make my drink wrong where it doesn’t even taste how it’s supposed to and with my drink there’s always supposed to be whipped topping but it’s a hit and miss if I get it along with just a straw??? Absolute fail. Came through the drive through with my children. Not a single item was correct. Toasted bagels not toasted, wrong type of bagel (asked for everything bagel, got cheese instead), wrong size drink, wrong donuts.The guy working the drive through insisted on rushing by not letting me finish listing our order and telling me to drive up after each item. Clearly a poorly managed Tim Hortons franchise.
