Daydreamer Wines Winery •
1305 Smethurst Rd, Naramata

“Without a doubt, Daydreamer Wines holds a special place in my heart as the top winery in the Okanagan Valley.A visit to their tasting room is consistently a delightful experience, thanks to the warm hospitality of Adam, the retail manager, who is always eager to share his wealth of knowledge. The exceptional quality and complexity of the wines by winemaker Marcus Ansems never fail to impress me.Whenever I need a bottle to share with family and friends, I bring a bottle of Daydreamer.I always make a point to take all my guests visiting me in Naramata to this winery, as it has truly become a beloved local favourite!“

“We did 4 wineries in the area and this was the favourite. Megan gave us a really nice tasting, plenty of info on the wine, winery and the region. The wine was also my favourite and we all got some Pinot Gris and the V red blend. My only regret is that I may not have bought enough wine.“

Serendipity Winery Winery • $$
990 Lower Debeck Rd, Naramata

“Great winery! My husband and I have been all over the Okanagan, but this was our first visit to Serendipity. The white wines were refreshing, balanced and smooth, The red wines were surprisingly complex, aged, and refined - particularly for the price point. Walkable from Naramata. There was a wine I wanted to taste that was not on the tasting menu for the day, but they opened up a bottle for me (I bought multiple!). I highly recommend this wine (I usually prefer reds). The Serenata Blanco is smooth, refreshing, balanced and so pretty. Opened it at home today and I’m still in love. Wish we could ship BC wines to the U.S. Thank you Serendipity!“

Deep Roots Winery Winery • $$
884 Tillar Rd, Naramata

“A beautiful vineyard and winery with delicious wine. Was very disappointed to hear that we now pay for tastings and the fee is no longer waived when you buy wine. We visit Naramata for a week each summer and like to visit three or four vineyards every afternoon. This new policy added financially to our family vacation which means that we will be visiting less vineyards in the future and buying less wine. Noticed that although they claim all Naramata bench vineyards are doing this, we did visit some who still waived the fee with a purchase of a bottle of wine.“

Therapy Vineyards & Inn Winery •
940 Lower Debeck Rd, Naramata

“My partner and I did a wine tasting with Therapy wines July 12,2023 and it just what the Dr ordered. The title of the wines are wonderfully playful. While fun - the quality of the wines is not compromised. This winery has drastically improved its quality since our last visit 2015 ish and is top notch. Along side the wine Sam’s service and knowledge of the wine was exceptional- beyond our expectations! Thank you for making our experience worth bragging about Sam.“

Lightning Rock Winery Winery •
6611 Giants Head Rd, Summerland

“This was a tremendous experience. I had tasted the wine previously and knew they were some of my favourite but had not visited the winery. The tasting blew away my already high expectations. Ron and Tracy, the owners, provided everything we wanted in the tasting: knowledge about the wine, and wine making process, fun anecdotes and an overall welcoming, approachable, and unpretentious experience. The entire team were so welcoming and made this the best stop of our day. I brought a group of experienced winery goers and all were bowled over by our incredible time at the winery. I'll be returning and recommending not just the wines (best natural and sparkling in the province) but a must stop at the winery.“

Haywire Winery Winery •

“Stopped by unexpectedly on our route to a Penticton birthday getaway for my husband. We picked just the right time to visit! Since we were the only ones in there on a BEAUTIFUL Wednesday afternoon, my husband and I received the royal treatment from JD!He was able to take the time and explain, in detail, the different wines, processes, and techniques that make Haywire unique. JD even offered the local rewards program that we had no idea about! We definitely need to get out more... right here in our own backyard!Thank you for an excellent experience, wicked wine, and helping us celebrate my husbands birthday right by recommendation the Brandy! ... and the staff recommendation for the Wednesday chicken wings special in Penticton at the Black Antler Grill! We will definitely be back! Hopefully our car alarm won't keep going off next time ?“
