“Absolutely lovely experience. All the servers we interacted with were very kind, and our dinner was outstanding. Highly recommend having a meal here! The man’oushe is delicious and I can’t wait to try their other types.

The za’atar is so good, and the cucumber and tomato on top complimented the flavour perfectly. I’m a cucumber fan, but this might be the first time I felt like a cucumber transformed a dish. It tasted like it was soaked in lemon juice or something. The Ajvar was so good too (probably my girlfriend and I’s favourite dish.) I must say the halloumi hit the spot, and we were both pleased.”

They are large and fresh Everytime i come. They got combos and 6-8 rolls for $6.00 a round. Or full boxes for 13.95. Absolutely amazing and a must try. The scenery and decor takes me back to a Japanese diner in a small town. Businesses only survive in Vancouver is the food is consistent and great! Thank you and God bless”

I pulled up to the drive-thru window and small talked with the young lady. Soon, I was blurting it out. You girls, you all get mammogram! You don't need a doctors referral.
The BK employee then handed me a Crown and said something like I could be Queen for my surgery. You got this! Then the next lady came over and she too brought me a BK Crown.
I was very touched by this moment. When they wheeled me into the OR I thought of the Crown and smiled inside.”

Our special celebration was made even more special as our server Simone was extremely attentive and offering exceptional service. We all had separate options as our main meals and each of us was extremely satisfied with the portion sizes and the presentation . As we are all long time residents of The Royal City...we strive to support local businesses and this family restaurant is often our first choice. “It's been my second time visiting this place and the food didn't disappoint us. They've really great Korean food for brunch and lunch.

We ordered their famous plate: Pork Galbi Ssam plate, Galbi-Tang, K-Rose Pasta and they were all very yummy.

The cafe is small. Very little decorations.
The staff were all very nice and attentive.
The price is somewhat expensive as compared to other cafes or restaurants.

The parking lot is small and there's a lot of traffic as there's a bottle depot sharing the same parking lot. I wish they have a better parking lot.”

“Stopped in Saturday afternoon after a long stretch of flights and finally had a proper sit down meal, the zilzil tibs were smoky and rich in a way that put every North American version I've tried to shame. The owner came by our table twice to check in without being pushy about it, which felt genuine rather than rehearsed. Parking was easy right along the street, no circling the block for twenty minutes like half the spots in this neighborhood. Small dining room, warm lighting, injera arrived still warm and the whole place had that unhurried, family run energy you can't fake.”

“I visited Pho Maxima Restaurant because I had been craving authentic Vietnamese food, and it was a great choice. The moment I walked in, I noticed it was a small and casual place, not fancy but very welcoming. The vibe felt like a neighbourhood favourite where locals come back again and again.

I ordered a bowl of pho with beef brisket and rice noodles, and it was rich and comforting. The broth was fragrant with warm notes of star anise and cinnamon, and it hit the spot on a chilly day. The noodles were cooked well and there was a generous amount in the bowl.”

“Very good atmosphere! Very cozy, portion is good and prices are surprisingly decent. Brunch menu is where its at tho, regular fare seems to be a bit pricier. I had a full breakfast for ~12$ and my partner had the quiche for ~8$ (with free salad) Great location as well and staff are very friendly and personable. Great outdoor seating in a great location with plenty of places to walk. Only complaint is that the iced coffee was more ice than coffee in a rather small glass. I think i wouldve been much better off just getting an americano to go.”

“Went here with my family, and another family and we all got the all-you-can-eat menu. I wouldn’t say my kids are picky, but they like certain things and it’s hard to get them to try newer foods. But, they loved this place! The restaurant itself is small, but clean. The drop down exhaust vents helps to keep the cooking smell to a minimum. The food itself was amazing! And the service was top notch. My son even told me that we needed to give our server a great tip. We definitely ate our fair share and I believe we got our money’s worth. Will definitely be back here!”

“Hearing about this place sounds very interesting and I want to give this place a try. Had no idea it was already closing time and felt bad, but I really wanted a smoothie. However, I had a really great experience here. The young lady behind the counter was kind and did her best to help me even though it was past the closing time. You could tell she was in the middle of end-of-day cleanup, but she still stayed professional and made my smoothie with care.

I think people forget that workers are human beings and closing procedures are a real thing and that employees have their own lives. End-of-day rush is stressful and I don’t think it’s fair to judge someone’s whole character off one moment. The smoothie regardless was great, and I appreciated the effort and patience. I’ll definitely be back for more!”

This last time we ordered Grilled lemongrass Chicken & Pork and Grilled lemongrass Pork & Spring rolls(pictured ) Service is excellent, the server checked in several times, lots of quality checks and very polite. The AC is delightful.
