The staff is currently sweeping my feet while I try to eat the food I just purchased. They also got my order wrong and were hesitant to fix the situation. I used to work at an A&W and im shocked at how careless and disrespectful their staff are. Training much needed.

we ate at the restaurant for a little bit of time left with my 3 yro and came back 5 mins later to use the restroom and had to buy something else. Horrible place so cheap the girl working gave my child the dirtiest look for no reason never going back.

My recent visit to A&W left me quite disappointed. The staff, particularly a skinny Punjabi girl, was rude and unhelpful. When I urgently needed to use the restroom, they refused unless I bought something first, even though it was an emergency. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad, with sanitary pads all over. The staff also didn't wear gloves while preparing food, which is concerning for hygiene. Additionally, they let someone who seemed high go in for free. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, and I hope they improve their service and cleanliness.

We've ordered 3 meal combos, 3 kids pack and paid for it - take out. Employee asks us to check before paying as well. One with yam(sweet potato) fries instead of regular fries. We get our 3 kid chocolate drinks and 3 fountain drinks first (still on counter). Then we get our 3 kids pack and our bag with food. We checked the bag for the 3 meal combo and we only got one burger, yam fries and regular fries. We asked the Employee we ordered from if the rest of our food is coming. He goes "that's it" and goes and ignore us. We asked the other Employee that bagged our food if the rest of food is coming. She goes no. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times that we were still missing 2 burgers and regular fries. 3rd time I think she finally gets it after checking the order monitor. Note: bag of food for the 3 meals never left the counter when we checked. So on 3rd time on telling her, she takes the bag of food to warmer area, asks the kitchen to make the missing burgers and fries. I betcha 100% she thought that we placed the missing items somewhere, seriously cameras everywhere, bag never left counter, only opened to check and stayed beside the counter the whole time. Also betcha 100% she finally realized her mistake that she missed some items. It's my first time at this location and it will be my last. I've had better service at different A&W locations. My opinion, this location needs more training on big orders.
I am very unsatisfied with the service. I miss my bus because of the delay caused in my other when I specifically mentioned I am in hurry.

They are just amazing. You can't even get the food hot when they are starting lunch service or right. How do these people even function when they can't do a job simpler than they are & they think that they deserve more than minimum wage.
