I have always liked Subway and the food is good. But man don’t answer the phone and talk to someone when you have a customer there willing to pay $9 for a six inch sub. I promise you the dude on the phone is not giving you money. I walked right out and you have to I get that they are kids but that is a valuable lesson to be learned. In like 3 min I would have given you money and walked out the guy may have called back or not but who cares.

I go every day to check if they have soup. Doesn't matter if it's 10am or 6pm, they are always "sold out." Half the time, their staff are in the back. Once I caught one of the staff members watching a music video on their phone, when I tried to order, they asked me to wait while they finished watching.

It dissapoints me after having my meal, I asked if I could use the washroom. They said it was out of service.. o find it strange that everything restaurant and other commercial business are supposed to provide washrooms for their clients. Why isn't the governing bodies not enforcing their own bylaws. I guass, they don't like cleaning the washroom.I'm not coming here anymore.

Horrible customer service this morning at store # K110. The 2 girls working appeared angry and she was slamming the meat and cheese as she was making the sandwich. No hello, how are you? Just down right rude! Hire people who actually want to work and have customer service skills!!!! If I owned this store and I received complaints like this, I would definitely say something and improve it!

Sub we ate here was disgusting. The bread was overheated and veggie petty was frozen. Sauces were just on one side of sandwich. There were only small portions of veggies in it. The girl working there on december 12th evening was not fully trained. She added cheese even without asking. She didn't wrapped it properly. Just a terrible experience ???????? don't come here. Total waste of money at this location. Girl working there didn't changed gloves even. She was making veggie and non-veg simultaneously.

Been there 3 times. Tables are always dirty, always sold out of stuff. Ordered the rice wrap and it's literally half the size of the same wrap I ordered from the Subway at Lowes and other locations. Not very good service either.
