They say that when you're depressed you go through a "Subway phase" where all you want to eat is Subway. Well thankfully that's not me, but I do still come here somewhat often. Often enough in fact that one of the Sandwich Artists recognizes me and my buddy and has sort of memorized our orders as they don't change each time. That's what I like to call good customer service. I have 0 issues with this place, it nails it all, including the Dr. Pepper test. Kudos.
I was horrified how digustingly dirty this subway is. Honestly I was scared to eat my sandwich. Shut this place down. Obviously horrible mgmt here. Gal server was decent tho otherwise I would give no stars. Very disappointing.

I go every day to check if they have soup. Doesn't matter if it's 10am or 6pm, they are always "sold out." Half the time, their staff are in the back. Once I caught one of the staff members watching a music video on their phone, when I tried to order, they asked me to wait while they finished watching.
