I am obsessed with waves coffee specially Belgian mocha. I have been to this location earlier and no complaints with the quality of mocha I get from this place. But yesterday, the lady working in the evening made the worst mocha I ever had. Couldn’t go back and ask for another one. I think she needs more training.
I couldn't help but notice the price of a cup of hot chocolate is quite steep at five dollars. However, I would like to extend my appreciation for the excellent and amiable service I received today. Thank you very kindly.
