The place is clean, in a good location, and have a good amount of flavors. However, the scoops of ice cream I get here is so tiny compared to other branches I've been to. If I'm paying for $5 a scoop, it better be a damn good scoop.

Got a two scoop in a cup! Both flavours were amazing Rocky road and Pralines. Will go back for sure! Customer service was great too.

Went in for ice cream on August 6, 2023. Two young men working. I asked to see the size of a regular milkshake. The guy who served us grabbed two cups accidentally and pulled them apart by sticking his hand inside the cup and then it fell and bounced all over the counter. He picked it back up and put it back on the stack of cups. I asked for a fresh cup, he made the milkshake and licked his fingers and then put the lid on and tried to serve it to me. Changed my order. I ordered a single scoop in a waffle cone. When putting my ice cream in the cone, a piece of the cone broke off. He picked up the piece and popped it in his mouth. Left without purchasing anything. Absolutely disgusting. Hygienic practices don’t exist at this store. Will never go back again.

We stepped in to get a brithday ice cream cake. When my 8 year-old niece opened the freezer, the ornery femal sales person angrily yelled " put it back, put it back!". Poor little girl got scared and burst into tears! COSTUMER SERVICE IS NOT SO GOOD!

Lisa was rude unprofessional and should be fired for treating customers with disdain. I will never return to this location and neither should you! There is better ice cream and better customer service just about anywhere else! Lisa, you should be ashamed for your deplorable behavior.

I wouldn't recommend going here . The customer service is terrible. The first time I went there I ordered a large milk shake and they the left out at least two inches and the second time I went there They stuck their fingers inside the cup and when I asked for a new cup they turned around and starred at me for a full two minutes , then said I don't understand . Finally when I did get a different cup they also stuck their fingers on that one too , then when I said thank you they completely ignored me. Overall I think they overcharge you for terrible service . If I could give this place zero stars I would. You're better off going somewhere else .
