An amazing little restaurant. It has such a charm about it (considering these guys have been around almost 100 years!) and the price is right. There's something for everyone on the menu. Plus good service and lots of free parking. Recommended all around.
I hadn't been here in at least 7 years. What an improvement! Better and tastier food. We dined in for lunch & shared the Organic Turkey Clubhouse and organic Simon Baker burger with fries. - fantastic prices considering you're getting organic beef and turkey. They even offer a couple of lunch specials ranging from $15 to $20. They also offer dinner specials at $35 on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays. If you like burgers, this is a must order. Really there's nowhere better for indulgent, gargantuan takes on old school western classics - lumberjack breakfasts, loaded burgers that throw in the kitchen sink, and so on. Vancouver's oldest restaurant keeping it real and keeping bellies full since 1926. Fun gimmicky design, doesn't take itself seriously at all. Whatever the opposite to pretentious is.
