Had dinner here on Saturday night with a group of friends. The place was full of people, servers were incredibly busy, yet the service was still prompt and attentive. The server's recommendations were spot on, house wine was excellent. The food was impressive, lobster bisque was incredibly flavourful, Veal with mushrooms was just melting in your mouth and a taste of mushroom gravy melting your heart. Easily the best Italian experience I have tried in Vancouver.
We have been customers of Bravo Cucina for many years and have always been satisfied. New management took over last year and there have been small but welcome improvements making the retsuarnnt even better. Trevor, Walter and Wayland are the servers and owners along with the cook to all have a vested interested in looking after ther cleints. They are great. Hadn't been to Bravo for years, after too many disappointments, but I returned after hearing that some of its long-time servers are now actually running the restaurant! You can see and feel the changes happening - a long overdue breath of fresh air. The Fettuccine Cascardi (chicken in lemon cream) was delicious. Looking forward to returning and sampling more of the menu. Hope they start using an online reservation system soon!
