Dined here on a Friday night 6:30 and we were taken aback at the lovely, exotic decor and professional service, feeling quite safe with COVID protocols observed. The menu was rich; we started with shrimp with tomatoes and mains were Lamb Pirzola (generous delicious lamp chops with rice and. salad) and Mixed Grill (beef, lamb, chicken with rice and a salad). I have order meals for the family and spent over $70 and when I got home, there was two items missing!!!, I called the restaurant and brought it to their attention. The man who took my order apologized and promised me next time meals will be on them. Few days later, I stopped to get my credit however, the gentleman wasn’t there but some other girl were there and gave me a hard time by calling manager and the other guy, telling me he’s not supposed offer you any credit. I was trying to find a caterer for a picnic with at least 40 attendees. I filled out numerous forms and sent numerous emails to get in touch with them about their catering services, but I never received a response. They keep requesting that you send them an email and wait another 24 hours when you call. Sure, but how many more times? What’s enough to get your attention?I like their meal, but it's not worth this hassle.
