They always forget that you are supposed to add toppings to the pizza, we always get dough and sauce, and if we're lucky, a slice of meat on a piece and a sprinkle of cheese... its absolutely ridiculous how cheap they are with toppings! Even when you pay to add extra cheese, it's not even what it should be for the reg amount. Not worth the price.

20 days ago, I ordered 4 pizzas from website, I never recived my order!! I called the costomer service, they asked me to call doordash and doordash said they are not resposible for my order beacuse I order from website. I’ve call u several times!!!! But nothing! I paid 70 $ for nothing!!! And there is not any refund yet!!!!!
Unprofessional staff. Don’t even start making online orders till you are in restaurant and ask them about your food.

How does this place stay open? This thick-crust oily pizza is consistently poor, to say the least. The smell of the pizza was off and I can not put my finger on it.I did take out and the service was OK but the menu is much smaller than it was when they had the big sit-down restaurant across the street.I think it is time for the CEO of this company to apologize to the public and fix their quality/flavor issue.Parking: The parking always seems full.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in if there is parking available.

Don't go to Pizza Hut. The pizza is below average. We tried the melts, and it has no taste at all!. We also ordered stuffed crust pizza, and it's not worth the price and tasted horrible. We also asked for hot sauce while we were dine- in and we were asked to pay for it.Overall, it was a bad experience. There are much better pizza places in North Van.
