If you are wanting to travel, but only have time to go to North Vancouver, visit the Mediterranean by stopping by this cafe! Brought me back to my time hitchhiking through Sicily 40 years ago, very friendly culture and a rich cuisine. I googled and found this coffee shop. I didn't expect much. I wanted something that was not from Timmy, Mackers or Sbux. It was quiet when we got there with only 1-2 tables occupied. I had my doubts after I ordered the flat white as it didn't look like the staff (or owner?) didn't know what she was doing. She had issue with the POS from previous customers' transactions. My cappuccino was super tasty and extra hot!! Olive oil cake and caprese cake were also very good.Located across from several car shops, this place is perfect for lunch or snack while your car is being worked on.Very busy at 10 am on a weekday. Seems like a popular hangout for local seniors.
