The young man who was working late evening on Wednesday April 3rd did an outstanding job with a busy wave of customers. He was efficient and courteous. He mentioned to those waiting that there is only one person working so they knew there would be a wait. He also overheard one customer mention that they were just getting cookies, so while a couple subs were being toasted he helped them with their cookie order. He had that person on their way before the oven was finished toasting, reducing the wait for the rest of us. Positive manner throughout and excellent preparation. Well done!!Parking: There are two 10 minute spots in front of the Army Navy Legion and enough room in the alley to park for a short term parking visit.

The manager needs to be fired because they have no idea how many people they need on the job at night. It's like the manger is purposely incompetent and likes to humiliate the person at the counter by understaffing them at busy hours. I know that's not the case and he's not intelligent on purpose, but please do not let this person run the store.

use to love subway. door dashed a few times from this location and now i can’t eat subway. couple of nights ago i ordered a veggie delight. the bread was harder then a rock. tried to microwave it so i could bite into it. what veggies were actually in it went soggy and hot. i think it was just onions and lettuce. i was so hungry and it was late at night so i had to cut the top off the bread and tried to mush everything down to make it chewable. it was overloaded in sauce to the point it just fell apart. i probably got about two bites. didn’t even taste like subway. this has been on ongoing issue with this location. i was hoping it wasn’t still this way. oh well no more subway as i don’t think i can see it any other way now.

We ordered 4 sandwiches over the app and picked up in person. When we got home, all four sandwiches had no cheese, some of which we paid for extra. They were extremely limited on veggie toppings (one ft long had like 4 leaves of spinach). One cookie looked like a sizeable chunk or bite had been taken out of it.The guy working gave some attitude when we went back to ask for a replacement of just one of the sandwiches and the messed up cookie. He blamed the mistakes on the rush coming through when we picked up our food, but there was only one other person there. He ended up making the completely wrong sandwich as the replacement, and he threatened to refuse service to us in the future too?? Doesn't matter either way, cause I'm not going back. He refunded our tip back to us, which we appreciate. But honestly, we deserved a full refund after all of this.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at that subway I had to wait 7 min before anyone helped me the girl just stood there and looked at me who helped me was named harpeet I asked for my sandwich toasted and she did it for 5 seconds I paid with cash and she just threw the change soooo

This location is not good. The worker was so cheap with the vegetables... kept having to ask for more (he put like 5 pieces of spinach on a foot long...)He also stopped to ring in my food in the middle of making my food, which is kinda gross.Won't be back.

Food was good like always but they completely forgot to give us the dozen cookies we ordered! I was excited to have a couple for work the next few days. Whats worse is I've found no way to get a refund for the cookies. Gonna go in tomorrow and show them the order on the subway app. I usually use doordash but decided to try out the subway app. No refund option and the restaurant won't answer :(

Worst sandwich ever .Worst costumer service.This is what i got for steak and cheese. Paid 20 bucks for bread and pickle!!!I called them and they just refused to do anything at all.Subway on 3rd street has zero respect for a customer, it made me even more disappointed! Do not waste your money here!

If u order through door dash u don't get as much meat in your sub to make up for door dash taking 1/3 of the $$$. I was missing a foot long when the order arrived.
