“The food here was excellent! We were very impressed. Kamel was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was super positive and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered a kids Mac and cheese and she even offered to bring it on a plate instead of a bowl so that it would cook faster for my son. That was such a wonderful thing to do! We ordered beef dips, poutine, the kids Mac and cheese. And we also ordered bowls of the beef barley soup. The soup was phenomenal! And to our surprise it was also Kamel that made that. We will certainly be back again.”

“we were spending a couple nights in Nelson. we stopped at Backwoods for lunch. great beer selection. JJ suggested we get pizza across the street for food. Thanks to him, I had the best NY style pizza I have had in a long time, and I'm originally from NYC now Oregon. JJ was awesome to chat with about Nelson. I came back later to fill a growler. 5 stars for staff and beer”

“We spent a week in the Okanagan and this was by far the best meal we had. From service to quality it was all above and beyond. Waitress checked in on us for drinks/food, hostess checked in to see if we were comfortable sitting on the patio(in the 35 degree heat) and the bartender checked in to see if drinks were satisfactory. Would 110% come back. Kid friendly which was a plus”

“asked for a custom cut steak ....was there on a Tuesday was going back on Friday......showed up Friday and a 30 Oz ribeye fresh from oliver butcher was waiting for me .......Chef had gone and picked up .....First time cooking one that big .....he did 2 steaks for our group with mushrooms from the owners garden some onion jam , garlic potatoes, broccoli, and spinach.......asked for medium rare ......DONE PERFECT.....I have had same steak in Texas, las vegas , vancouver , Chef beat them all......service was excellent.....can't say enough about how well it all was ....It's not on menu but recommend asking ....will definitely try again when back.....”

As soon as we stepped through the door at our first visit, we knew it was the one for our reception. The space is just so beautiful and perfect for any intimate event! The food was AMAZING! ALL our guests commented on how delicious the buffet was and how full they were! The whole team was fantastic, especially with communication. Our venue coordinators Alana & Jackie prepared everything exactly as we asked and calmed down all the anxiety we had in the days leading up to our wedding. On our wedding day, the staff was nothing short of reliable and reassuring. Osoyoos Golf Club is just a perfect choice to host your event and I'm so glad we had our wedding here. “Pizza factory is a good place for people who like mid price food that’s delicious and the restaurant has a enough space to eat properly.The staff is very nice and all of them deserve some kindness for cooking delicious meals same for the delivery person also the bar is quite exquisite because it has a lot of drinks to pick from like Oscar and jack Daniels and many more.And the delivery is pretty fast so that’s good so your pizza doesn’t get cold and it stays hot and delicious just like they cooked it honestly the restaurant is just a 5 star restaurant that is not expensive or cheap it’s just right in the middle.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
